It's the firm's IP and they can do what the fuck they want with it. Just because it's his story blah blah doesn't mean they have to consult him on anything. They have to do what they need to do to sell in that area and if that means erasing the geezer the represents 0.00001% if the target population and replacing with an actor that represents 98% of the target population then they have to do it.
